You are not officially registered for a class unless you have paid tuition.

 

· Our classes are filling fast.  You may try out a class for free, but the only way to guarantee a spot in a class is to register for the class.

· There is a standard $15 annual registration fee.

· Tuition is due on the first class of the month for that month.  Once payment is made, there will not be a refund for the class. However, you can transfer your payment into another class.

· A $15 late fee will be assessed after one reminder to pay, unless you have made special arrangements with the office.

· There will be a $25 charge for all NSF returned checks.

· Classes will be prorated the start date only ($12.50 each class).

· There is no refund if you have paid for the month, then drop the class during the month.

· Additional siblings will receive $15 off tuition each month.

· There is no refund or make-up class if a class is missed during the month.  You are paying for a guaranteed placement in your class.

· Monthly tuition is based on a standard monthly fee.  Months with 3, 4 and 5 weeks are not prorated.  It all seems to balance out throughout the year.  Holidays, power outages, snow or other studio closures may occur throughout the year and are also not prorated.

· Refer a friend who registers for classes, and receive a $10 credit towards your next month’s tuition after they register.

· After you fill out an initial registration form, you may add or drop a class with an add/drop slip in the office. Once done, a change will be made to your payment card, and your name will be added to the master class list.

· If you register for Ballroom Only, your registration fee will be waived.

· We offer a $230 unlimited monthly tuition.  Students still need to get their classes recorded on the master list. Ballroom is not included in the unlimited tuition. You may receive 10% off tuition if paid before August.
