Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your dancer’s call time. The first show will begin shortly after Tech rehearsal ends, so we strongly suggest your dancer be stage ready with costume on, hair and make-up done before tech rehearsal.

During your dancers’ rehearsal call time you may sit in the audience and watch. You are welcome to leave as soon as they are off the stage.

All dancers will need to attend the rehearsals scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Schedules for each rehearsal will be made available one week prior.

We are going to do our best to get people to their seats as smoothly as possible.  Please be patient and kind to our volunteers.

How tickets at Recital will work:

  • Please have your tickets ready, printed or screenshotted, the wifi at the door is often spotty. We will not be providing printed tickets at the door. All tickets must be printed or screenshotted.

  • Once you enter the auditorium, please take your seat as quickly as possible.

Dancer Drop Off and Pick Up:

  • Please drop off your dancer backstage, stage ready, 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Stage ready means hair and makeup done, costume on, ready to go on stage.

  • A movie will be available for them to watch backstage.  Parents are welcome to send quiet activities for them to do.

  • Young dancers can be picked up after their routine. Please exit the auditorium during pauses between routines. Open and closing doors can be distracting to dancers on stage.

  • We encourage parents to purchase tickets for dancers over the age of three.

Please plan on your dancer staying until the final curtain call is finished and they will be excused from the back stage drop off spot.  Please be patient during pick up. Your dancer’s safety is our number one priority.
